Canadian Auto Worker's Union Local 1090 has been serving the Ajax community and local industries for 51 years.
Our largest unit has been the Chrysler plant and currently our larger units are Lear Ajax, GBH and Sobey's.
We now would like to welcome our newest members schenker.
Our approximately 5000 members work in the areas of Ajax,Whitby,Oshawa and Port Perry.These towns are located east of Toronto, Ontario.
In recent years our local has been active in the community working on a number of social issues, helping build better lives for our members, their families and neighbours.
