REPORT NEAR MISSES
Anytime you have a near miss, recognize the situation as a red flag signaling that a hazard exists.
Report every near miss so corrective action can be taken. Otherwise, the hazard will remain a future threat to everyone.
IT"S A FACT: Worker contact with objects or equipment causes about 290,000 disabling injuries each year.
