CAW Local 385 are members of the Canadian Auto Workers Union. The Canadian Auto Workers Union represent many more different workers than just auto workers. The CAW represents workers in the Aerospace, Automotive, Health Care, Beverage and numerous other industries. It is the goal of Local 385 to better the working conditions of all Coca-Cola workers whenever possible, not just our own members. We stand on our principles of striving for a society where all workers are knowledgeable and informed thus giving the working public and our members a better life. It is also our objective to ensure that all relevant Labour laws are representative of the people’s wishes and if not then to make the law and its effect known on the workers. We shall attempt to achieve these objectives whenever possible within our limited capabilities. |
