Our membership meetings are held every fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:00 for the executive and 7:30 for the general membership at our local union hall. The retiree meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at the hall.
CAW Local 676 was originally chartered as a UAW local in 1939. In its early days the local represented workers at Hayes Steel, which later became Hayes Dana and then Dana Canada, as our workplace is known today.
Since the local's beginning we have negotiated strong collective agreements that have reflected the demands of auto parts members, helping them to support their families and build a healthier community.
We are strong supporters of the United Way campaign and we're involved with various other community events throughout the year.
